El ex internacional de la India R. Ashwin estará disponible para toda la próxima Big Bash League (BBL) como jugador en Sydney Thunder.
El versátil versátil también dejó de ser innecesario en la subasta de jugadores en la temporada 2025 en la temporada internacional T20 (ILT20).
Además de aparecer en Thunder en el BBL de este año, representará a India en Hong Kong en noviembre. BBL 2025 comenzará el 14 de diciembre, y Thunder Hoting Hobart Hurricanes el 16 de diciembre en el abridor de campaña.
Ashwin del cricket indio, tomó 72 goles en 65 T20IS a 23.22. En la Indian de la Premier League (IPL) anotó 187 goles en 221 partidos, representando a Chennai Super Kings, Kings XI Punjab, Rising Pune Supergiant, Delhi Capitals y Rajasthan Reales.
